Three major companies announced they would form a health care company Tuesday. Amazon, Berkshire Hathaway and JPMorgan Chase are coming together to provide independent health care for the employees residing in the United States. A lot of details have not been initially released, but the three companies said this health care company will focus on technology to provide low-cost health care to their respective employees and their families. This partnership between the largest online retailer, the holding company and the largest bank is just one of the many changes in health care recently. CVS Health announced their plans to buy Aetna health insurer last month.
