Seattle Seahawks player Michael Bennett continued his protest by sitting during the national anthem Sunday. Bennett says he is protesting because he was racially profiled and subjected to excessive force last month by Las Vegas police. Teammates Justin Britt and Thomas Rawls stood next to him in support as he got one of the loudest ovations from the crowd when he was announced. Outside of the stadium, about 50 protesters were supporting the defensive end, including Bennett’s brother.
