Bob Costas, who has spent the past few decades entertaining the American public, most notably as the voice of the Super Bowl and the Olympic games, has begun his official process of retirement. Costas passed his Olympic torch to Mike Torico Thursday morning on the Today Show. Torico is a new member of the NBC team, but has experience in the Olympic games as well as the NFL. Regardless of experience, Torico has big shoes to fill, as Costas leaves a legacy of twenty-four years of witty remarks and inspirational observations, and will be greatly missed in the households of America.
