Bomb Threats Frighten Jewish Community
Jewish Community Centers and schools have received 100 bomb threats since January, including 31 threats that were called on Monday. The threats have targeted 81 different locations throughout the United States and in Canada. While none of these threats have reached fruition, they have interrupted regular life for those targeted and have forced many individuals to evacuate their buildings in a moment’s notice. Many have criticized the White House for its lack of response to these threats against the Jewish community, and when asked about his plan to address the recent spike in anti-Semitism, President Trump said, “I am the least anti-Semitic person that you've ever seen in your entire life."
