A New Cold War (of staredowns)
While attending a meeting on Monday at the G20 Summit of world leaders in China, cameras captured President Obama and Russian leader Vladimir Putin locked in an intense staredown. The moment occurred after a lengthy meeting discussing the potential of a ceasefire in Syria, where both powers have been engaged in battling terror organizations, most notably ISIS. Underlying these talks are the continued allegations of Russian cyber attacks on American organizations and businesses. President Obama went on to say that there are issues with trust on both sides that have made any sort of agreement difficult to come by.
