The FBI and Clinton's Emails, continued
The investigation into Clinton’s emails was opened yet again after more of her emails were found in connection to an investigation into Anthony Weiner. The director of the FBI controversially made that announcement eleven days before the election. Sunday, however, the FBI announced that even with these new emails, the FBI hasn’t changed their opinion since July: that Clinton should not face criminal charges. The Clinton campaign seems happy, tweeting that they are glad that this matter is resolved. Trump stated Saturday at a rally that he still believes Clinton could go through a criminal trial if she were to become president, and this would “grind the government to a halt.”
