UNT Student Killed After Smashing Car Windows
A few hours after a UNT student and Fort Worth native, Ryan McMillan, turned 21 in December, he was found using a hatchet to smash car windshields in a parking garage. When police arrived, McMillan approached the officers who then fired three shots which killed him. Monday, the toxicology report was released and revealed that he had a blood alcohol level of 0.21 and marijuana in his body at the time of his death.
